End-user license (EULA) — Aether

1. License grant

Centro SCS grants the end user a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Aether software on compatible macOS systems, according to the terms of the purchased plan.

2. Restrictions

• Redistribution, resale or sublicensing of the software is prohibited unless written authorization is given.
• Reverse engineering is prohibited beyond the limits allowed by law.
• The license is personal and tied to the purchaser unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Intellectual property

Aether, source code, trademarks and documentation remain the property of Centro SCS.

4. Updates

Updates included in the license plan are provided according to the commercial policy in force at the time of purchase.

5. Limited warranty

The software is provided “as is” within the limits of the law. Centro SCS does not warrant that the software is free of errors or fit for any particular purpose of the licensee.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted, the licensor’s aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the license.

7. Termination

The license ends automatically in case of a material breach of these terms. Upon termination the user must uninstall the software.

8. Governing law

This agreement is governed by Italian law. Mandatory consumer protections under applicable law remain in force. The Italian version of the legal documents prevails in case of conflict.
